Kevin has been playing music for almost 20 years. Since the third grade he has aspired to be a drummer in some professional setting. Though he’s still trying to figure that one out, for now Boogie provides him with the best outlet to jam every weekend and meet lots of cool people. He truly believes there is no better feeling than being on stage in front of large festival crowds and doing what you love.
Kevin’s background includes 3.5 years of post-secondary education in music at UW-Green Bay and Stevens Point. He has performed with many different rock bands, jazz bands, polka bands, pit bands, church bands, community bands, and orchestras across northeast Wisconsin over the past 13 years.
In addition to playing music, Kevin also teaches and writes music in his spare time. He has a drum studio with 20 students at Instrumental Music Co. in Green Bay. He is currently editing and compiling his compositions and arrangements from the past decade in to a portfolio that he hopes to submit to a music publisher.
Kevin is also employed by Instrumental Music Co. where he is the Office Manager.
The only thing in Kevin’s life that he loves even more than music is his son Jack. He enjoys spending his free time with Jack and has had him plunking on the piano since he was four months old. Maybe if Kevin never makes it to the big stage, he can live vicariously through his son.
